Frost is an unknown condition here and in day time the temperature rarely drops below 15 centigrades. It is quite likely that you will enjoy your pre lunch “aperitivo” on the terrace of a road side café wearing just short sleeves.
For all the “freezing” people we have a great and “warm” idea: unpack your woollies, pack your horse into your car and come and stay with us! Hacienda El Boyal is just a few minutes away from Jerez de la Frontera and we would like to invite you together with your horse to spend the winter here. Explore the fascinating andalusian country on horseback under the mild winter sun and should it rain occasionally you can train your horse in our indoor riding arena at pleasant temperatures.
And when your are not sitting on your horse visit the Royal Horse Riding School in Jerez, or learn all about Sherry making at the Bodega Gonzalez Byass. If you are a golfer at Hacienda El Boyal you are close to a dozen of world famous golf courses. The empty golden beaches of the Costa de la Luz are ideal for long invigorating walks and why not learn or improve your Spanish or learn to dance flamenco in the very town where the flamenco was born while you are here? And when you come home in the evening or afternoon exhausted from all these activities you can relax by a glass of excellent Spanish red wine while you are reading the latest breath taking bestseller on your private terrace.
Our “invitation” includes:
1 month stay in a luxurious and comfortable suite, fully air conditioned, with a double bed room, lounge, bath and large terrace. There is a satellite TV in each room, a mini bar, and free ADSL internet access. Your horse will have a bright box and friendly neighbours and will be fed 3 times a day (we are sorry, but we can not accept mares). All facilities such as the covered walker and the riding arenas are at your free disposal.
